Specialist cross-border project coordination

Special cross-border business projects

Coordinate unusual cross-border projects with BDA: specialist legal opinions, international tax questions, relocation and intellectual-property workstreams.

Some projects do not fit one service category. BDA organises the commercial context, the questions to be answered and the relevant specialist work, keeping different providers aligned around a clear, individually assessed scope.

Who this is for

Business owners with connected legal, tax, corporate, relocation or intellectual-property questions across countries. This can include sanctions-related questions for specialist counsel, legal opinions, trademarks, patents and residence or business-relocation matters.

What BDA coordinates

  • Sanctions advisory through specialist counsel
  • Legal opinions
  • International tax planning
  • Residence and relocation
  • Trademarks and patents
  • IT / IP matters
  • Trademark and intellectual-property coordination
  • Business relocation and residence-permit coordination through specialists
  • Other individually assessed projects

Typical project stages

  1. 01

    Define the question and boundaries

Clarify the commercial goal, countries, parties and existing constraints; identify which questions need qualified advice.

  2. 02

    Select and coordinate specialists

Organise the relevant workstreams and information requests, with an agreed division of responsibility between providers.

  3. 03

Connect the findings to next steps

Consolidate outstanding questions and coordinate any agreed follow-up implementation, filings or provider work.

Information for an initial assessment

  • A concise description of the problem and desired outcome
  • Countries, entities and parties involved
  • Existing opinions, decisions or deadlines
  • Connections to company, banking or ownership matters
  • The specialist work already commissioned, if any

Jurisdiction context

  • Moldova
  • Romania
  • United Kingdom
  • United Arab Emirates

These are examples of countries a project may connect, not office locations or guaranteed coverage. The required specialist expertise and applicable rules are established after reviewing the actual matter.

Practical questions

Can I discuss a project that is not listed elsewhere?

Yes. Start with a short description of the objective and relevant countries. BDA can assess the coordination scope and identify whether specialist input is appropriate.

Does BDA provide the legal opinion?

A legal opinion or other regulated advice should come from the appropriately qualified specialist. BDA’s role is to organise context, communication and coordination of the agreed work.

Can you help avoid restrictions or conceal ownership?

That is not an appropriate project objective. Sanctions and compliance questions belong with specialist counsel for lawful assessment; relevant facts and ownership should be described accurately.

One point of coordination. Specialist-led work.
