This policy explains how BDA Consulting LLC handles information about website visits and about enquiries and clients.

What is stored on your device
Your language choice and your privacy choice are stored in your browser (local storage) so the site can remember them. They are not sent to us.
Marketing measurement (Meta Pixel)
Meta Pixel is loaded only after you select “Accept” or enable marketing measurement in the preferences. If you reject or make no choice, it is not loaded.
When enabled, it records page views and clicks on our Telegram and WhatsApp buttons. The click event contains only the channel, the button position, the site language and the label “outbound_contact_click”. We do not send message contents, phone numbers, email addresses or project details.
Automatic event detection is disabled. A click does not confirm that a message was sent.
Meta may process page addresses, browser and device information, network information and cookies or identifiers under its own policy.
Changing your choice
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time. If you withdraw consent, Meta Pixel is no longer loaded from the next page load.
Contacting us
Our contact buttons open Telegram or WhatsApp, which apply their own privacy policies. You can also write to office@bda.consulting. Contact links work whether or not you accept tracking. Please do not send identity or company documents in a first message.
Clients and enquiries: data we process
When you contact us or become a client we process your name, contact details, messages, identity and address documents, professional background, company and ownership information, source-of-funds evidence and payment details, as needed for the project.
Why we process it
To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal; to perform the agreed services; to carry out KYC/AML, sanctions and fraud checks; to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations; and to establish or defend legal claims. Where EU/UK data-protection law applies, the legal bases are steps before and performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest.
Who receives it
Only the Providers needed for your project (for example registered agents, corporate service providers, lawyers, accountants, banks, payment institutions, registries and authorities), our IT and messaging providers, and authorities where the law requires. Some recipients are outside your country, including in the United States; we share only what the task requires. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Client and KYC records are kept for at least five years after the relationship ends, or longer where law or a Provider requires.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and you may complain to your local data-protection authority. Send requests through the WhatsApp or Telegram buttons; we may need to verify your identity. Some data must be kept to meet AML obligations.
Security
Documents are exchanged through the channels agreed for the project and access is limited to people working on it. No method of transmission is completely secure; please do not send identity documents or banking credentials in a first message.
