Terms of service
These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and the consulting and coordination services provided by BDA Consulting LLC. Last updated: 25 October 2026.
1. Who we are
BDA Consulting LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Wyoming Filing ID 2026-002111730), registered office 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("BDA", "we", "us").
BDA provides international business consulting and project coordination. BDA is not a law firm, bank, payment institution, licensed financial institution, trust company or regulator, and does not provide legal, tax or audit opinions.
2. Website information
Information on this website is general and may change. It is not legal, tax, investment or financial advice and does not create a client relationship.
Starting prices are indicative. They apply only to the eligible case described and do not form an offer capable of acceptance.
3. How an engagement is formed
An engagement begins only when BDA issues a written proposal (by message, email or document) describing the services, price, payment terms and main exclusions, and the client accepts it and pays the agreed amount or first instalment.
The proposal prevails over this website and over these Terms where they differ. Each engagement is subject to successful KYC/AML review.
4. Our role and third-party providers
BDA acts as the client's point of contact and coordinates the agreed work with registered agents, corporate service providers, lawyers, accountants, banks, payment institutions, authorities and other providers ("Providers").
Unless the proposal states otherwise, BDA invoices the client for the agreed package and manages the commercial relationship with the Providers involved. Where a Provider requires its own engagement terms, KYC or direct contract with the client, the proposal will say so.
Regulated, legal, tax and fiduciary work is performed by appropriately qualified Providers under their own professional responsibility.
5. No guarantee of outcome
Banks, payment providers, registries and authorities make their own independent decisions. BDA does not guarantee the opening or continuity of an account, the grant of a licence or residence permit, a tax result, a processing time or any commercial outcome.
6. Client obligations
The client provides complete, accurate and lawful information and documents, promptly reports changes, and confirms that funds and activities are lawful.
The client remains responsible for its business, its tax and reporting obligations, its annual renewals and its compliance after the agreed services end, unless ongoing services are agreed in writing.
7. Fees, payments and third-party costs
Fees, currency, payment schedule and what is included are stated in the proposal. Government, registry, regulator, bank, translation, apostille, courier, travel and similar costs are payable in addition unless the proposal includes them.
Work starts after payment of the agreed amount. Late payment may suspend the work.
8. Refunds and cancellation
The client may stop an engagement at any time by written notice. Amounts already paid to Providers or authorities, and work already performed, are not refundable. Any unused portion of BDA's own fee is refunded as stated in the proposal; if the proposal is silent, BDA will refund the portion corresponding to work not started.
BDA may refuse or end an engagement, without liability, if KYC/AML review is not satisfactory, if information is false or incomplete, or if continuing would breach law or sanctions.
9. Confidentiality
BDA keeps client information confidential and shares it only with Providers and authorities as needed for the agreed work or as required by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BDA is not liable for decisions of banks, Providers or authorities, for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit. BDA's total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees actually paid to BDA for that engagement.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and each engagement are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, the state or federal courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; the version published at the time a proposal is accepted applies to that engagement. Questions can be sent via the WhatsApp or Telegram buttons on this website.
