When this is not appropriate

- Activities in sanctioned or high-risk areas that fail screening
What BDA coordinates

- Mining licences
- Export licences
- Mining company, account and export packages
Typically included
- Enhanced screening and feasibility
- Licence file coordination with local specialists

Selected starting prices
Indicative fees for professional work in the simplest eligible case.
Every commodity and mining mandate requires enhanced identity checks, source-of-funds and source-of-wealth review, beneficial-owner verification, local legal feasibility, activity and country screening, and sanctions and adverse-media screening where applicable.

Practical questions
Is there one licence for gold and diamonds?
No. Purchasing, mining, refining and export are usually separate authorisations, and gold and gemstones are regulated differently.
Why does every mandate need enhanced checks?
Commodities carry higher money-laundering and sanctions risk. Identity, beneficial owners, source of funds and country screening are required before we start.
Does the price include buying the commodity or the site?
No. Prices refer to professional licensing, structuring and coordination work, not the value of any asset, site or commodity.
Can you guarantee a licence?
No. The competent authority grants or refuses the licence. BDA and its specialists prepare and follow the file.
Which countries do you cover?
Selected jurisdictions only, assessed per mandate. Tell us the commodity and country and we will confirm whether a viable route exists.
